Beverly Farris, MSN, APRN, ACNP-BC, FNP-C | Frisco, TX

Beverly resides in Frisco, Texas with her husband and family. Beverly has been a full-time practicing medical professional since 2006. She has worked primarily in the critical care field (ICU and ER), with additional direct experience in family practice as well as the aesthetics and the skincare field.

Education, Training, and Experience

Beverly completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing in 2005 with her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Tyler.

Upon graduating she moved to Denton, Texas, and began her professional medical career in the Intensive Care Unit at Denton Regional Medical Center, now known as Medical City Denton.

In 2009, she went back to pursue her Master's degree through the University of Southern Indiana (USI). Upon graduating, Beverly became Board Certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-BC).

She has been working at a Level 1 Trauma Center in North Dallas taking care of patients in the Intensive Care Unit ever since. She is a very skilled nurse practitioner trained in advanced critical care procedures.

While Beverly was pursuing her Master's degree she had the privilege and honor to train and work with the owner of a thriving aesthetic business in Denton. It was at this time that she found her true passion and knew one day she would pursue her own aesthetic business.

In 2017, Beverly decided to return to USI and obtain a Post Master's degree in Primary Care (Family Nurse Practitioner). This additional education has allowed her to become dual certified with the goal of broadening her scope of practice. This has afforded her more opportunities and has led her to launch AestheticFX Med Spa. In addition to the above training, she also completed certification courses conducted under the authority of the National Laser Institute. Beverly is also a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, International Academy of Aesthetics, American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, and The American Med Spa Association (Amspa).
